30 Day Relationship Challenge...With Myself: Day 10

Monday, November 7, 2016

So, News Flash--I'm cheap.  Like super cheap.  I don't really think you get the picture, but imagine the cheapest person you know...I'm lower than that.  I'm probably one step above Extreme Cheapskates.

Today's Challenge: Sign up for a class together, or learn something new together.

I'm also incredibly weirdly shy (sometimes).  If I'm with someone I know, I'm pretty outgoing but if I'm all by myself my mouth is clamping shut.

Which is why when I spotted an unlimited monthly membership to a yoga class down the street from where I live I jumped on it.  It was cheap and it was going to force me into a room full of strangers.  That I wouldn't be able to speak with because talking during yoga is discouraged.

Admittedly, it took me a while to pluck up the courage and I kept finding excuses to the miss the Fundamental class, which is only offered three times a week.  But finally, I put one foot in front of the other and found myself confusedly trying to operate an elevator that was only taking me one floor up.  Everyone else in the class took the stairs.  So I bought myself some time fidgeting in that elevator and ended up in line patiently waiting for the next class to end.  Which was fine with me.

What I didn't know, was that this was hot yoga.  Hot, sweaty yoga.  Everyone else laid down on their mats.  I noticed some of my classmates had a brick.  I walked over and grabbed a brick.  I realized they had towels.  I walked back across the room and grabbed two towels, the limit requested on the sign.

And then I put myself into corpse pose and waited for the class to start.

I struggled but the Yogi was nice and everyone else was full of smiles.  Everyone was really focused on what they were doing and there were so many different levels in the room that I never felt out of place or judged.  No one had time to even look at me!

After class was over, the Yogi welcomed me to the studio and I was genuinely thankful.

I got home and Charlie could not stop sniffing me.  She clearly wasn't a fan of the smell hot yoga produced on my skin.

I have until November 29th so I guess we'll see how far I get in my yoga expertise.  But, let's not hold our breath.

Day 10-- Gone!  Onwards to Day 11!

As a reminder, the inspiration for this list came from PopSugar.

  1. Are you looking for genuine love spell caster?
Unbelievable! It's worked within few hours! I just got my husband back through the help of genuine love spell caster Dr Unity. My name is Emily Sarah am from Tx,USA. My husband left me for another woman, This was just 3 years of our marriage. The most painful thing is that I was pregnant with our second baby. I wanted him back. I did everything within my reach to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so badly because of the love I had for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. I explained my problem to my friend and she suggested that I should rather contact a spell caster that could help me cast a spell to bring him back , I had no choice than to try it. I messaged the spell caster called dr unity, and he assured me there was no problem and that everything will be okay before 11 hours. He cast the spell and surprisingly 11 hours later my husband called me. I was so surprised, I answered the call and all he said was that he was so sorry for everything that had happened He wanted me to return to him. He also said he loved me so much. I was so happy and went to him that was how we started living together happily again.thanks to dr unity . if you are here and your Lover is turning you down, or your husband moved to another woman, do not cry anymore, contact Dr.Unity for help now..
